No Standing @ The Motel
The crew from No Standing Entertainment team up with the iconic Melbourne nightspot The Motel to give club goers a night they will never forget.
The crew launched their highly anticipated second installment fresh off the success of their debut at the Marrakech Nightclub. A stellar DJ line-up had the venue shaking to its foundations as Melbourne's finest kept the dance floor rocking all night long.
I'm looking forward to seeing what the No Standing crew will unleash next as I am certain they will yet again try to accommodate the capacity crowds that follow them everywhere they go.

Hollywood (Party 2) @ The Royal Melbourne Hotel
On the 7th of august The Royal Melbourne Hotel played host to one of the biggest events ever seen behind it's doors as 850+ party goers partied till the sun came up.Hollywood part 2 has been many months in the wait but all the tedious planning and fine tuning all paid off in the finish as patrons were soon to realise they would be a part of something great. DJ Jay Cams set the mood early and the music standard high before the Tribal Phuks took the reins continued the vibe. Next up was the infamous Fabian Gray, who turned it up a notch leaving the clubbers in a shear state of euphoria as his melodic vocals and powerful bass-lines hammered throughout the venue.

If you don’t believe in your self, then don’t expect others to believe in you.
Your journey as a photographer will be degrade periodically into a vat of self-doubt. Often there will be no warning before you find your emotions plunging into an abyss. As photographers, we wear our insides on the outside. Our best images show the world what we think and how we feel. Rejection can bash around our souls like a pinball at the arcade. One over-zealous comment from an editor, one job not given by a prospect, one errant comment from a spouse or dear friend and the emotional free-fall starts. Likewise, sometimes your sense of worth will come from these same people – like a buoy during stormy seas. Ultimately though, it is always your sense of self-worth that will serve as the barometer for others when it comes to how much faith they should put in you. Your journey back to the surface often begins with the simple mantra “I believe in my self” – saying it again and again even when you don’t. Eventually you will. And when you do, so will others.

Winter Sound System
The hottest music festival of the winter season without doubt, landed in the city of Melbourne for the Queens birthday long weekend. Winter Sound System boasted a stellar line up of international superstars including the likes of; House music genius- Laidback Luke (Sweden), US Superstar- Armand Van Helden (New York), & The Cutting Edge Producer- Chris Lake (UK). Just to name a few.But lets not forget the king himself. Voted the worlds number 1 DJ via International poll. ARMIN VAN BUUREN
His 5 hour set had festival goers tearing up the dance floor all night.

Trance Energy 2009 (Back dated post)
Trance Energy is the newest festival event on the circuit presented by ID&T, the same people who brought us Sensation. It was the first time the festival had ventured out of Holland, and where better to debut overseas than Melbourne, the trance capital of Australia.
I was also impressed to see the presence of Dancewise, a community initiative that provides festival goers with drug information and support and other useful information. The presence of such community initiatives are crucial and deserve support and recognition particularly when the event received adverse media coverage due to overdoses on GHB. Initiatives like Dancewise provide a timely reminder of the importance of drug safety and awareness that perhaps needs to receive more recognition and support from the dance and wider community.

First Wedding Shoot
This was my first ever wedding client. A great friend of mine was kind enough to trust me with the responsibility of handling the photography for his wedding. The bride was absolutely stunning. I couldn't believe my eyes at first. Reception of close friends and family and the ceremony was perfect.
Overall. I was pleased with my work at the end of the day and i was glad to be a part it and to celebrate such a heartwarming experience. I learnt alot which is important. Especially knowing what to expect.
